Okara Spread

So, you got the okara from the Soy Drink.

You can use it for many dishes, but today I make a spread that I like. It is simple and to my taste. You can spread it on bread or eat it as it is. I added some olives and a cup of morning tea.

Preparing this, somehow I couldn't get out of my head the ”First Man” film theme, the simple guitar that sounds so sad. It may be the sadness of the okara that got separated from the beans, as Neil got separated from Karen...

Difficulty: easy.

Kitchen tools:

- bowl;

- knife;

- cutting board;

- spatula.

Duration: 10 min (provided you already have the okara).

You need...

Method:

1. Get in the mood.
